Excellent Location, House not up sto standard Positive: Location Negative: Advertised and stated it was air conditioned, but only 1 bedroom and main area. Advertised in their description that it had 3 bathrooms - only 2 and a toilet room. - the lawns were sooooooo overgrown that we were unable to even use the yard or even get to the clothesline to hang out clothes as no dryer. No inside hanging rack, so we had clothes all over the chairs to dry. The couch was stained so bad it was disgusting to sit on. Kitchen was inadequate for 10 people and definitely not a fully equipped kitchen only a fully 1 small saucepan and a fry pan that broke, not even enough cutlery or crockery to accommodation 10 people. There was a really bad sewage smell coming from the kitchen area. Contacted the owners and then they asked if I could go buy the items that we needed and then they would reimburse me. They were responsive but nothing got done, They advised that the lawns would be mowed, but this didn't happen during our stay. The pictures of the house on their add definitely do not reflex the actually house. The house has so much potential if it was clean and had what it stated in the add. We were expecting a wonderful yard for our children to play it. It looked like it hadn't been mowed for over a month. BBQ was inadequate for 10 people and was a very small round style.

Positive: Loads of space close to everything we wanted to do . Negative: One of the showers was leaking quite badly a lot of wasted water. The driveway was hard to find.
